Welcome to Cake Craft & Decoration, the world's leading monthly magazine for all those interested in cake decoration and sugarcraft.
Every issue carries 8 to 12 complete projects for you to make. Projects include wedding cakes, novelty cakes, cupcakes, floral decorations and anniversary cakes. Each one has clear instructions and step-by-step colour photographs, plus tips, techniques and full details of the equipment and ingredients you need.
Our projects are designed for all skills levels and include sugar flowers, sugar modelling, pastillage work, sugarpaste, marzipan and royal icing. Each issue also has a baking section, information on new products from cake decoration manufacturers, readers' cakes, college reports, shows and events.
Each year we cover the ICHF Cake International Show in the UK and the ICES show in the USA. The competition schedule for Cake International 2011 is now available on the ICHF site.
