- cornflour dusting bag

- royal icing - see below
- alphabet cutter set (FMM)
- 1 metre x 37mm appropriate ribbon for cake
- 1 metre x 15mm ribbon for board
- non toxic pencil (Early Learning Center / Toys R Us)
- tracing paper
- greaseproof or parchment paper
- No.1 & No.1.5 nozzles
- piece of perspex
- flat tray for drying pieces
- scalpel or sharp pointed knife
