1 On a freshly covered cake emboss the sides of the cake with the diamond side embosser. Re-position the embosser and repeat the pattern.

2 Continue around the cake, stopping slightly short if the lines are not going to meet and finish off the design with a dresden tool.

3 Use the small rose embosser to press into one corner of the diamond. Repeat, rotating the embosser until four embossed outlines fill the diamond shape. Continue around the cake.

4 Starting at the lower point of the shape and moving upwards crimp along the cake top.

5 Run a stitch wheel along the embossed diamonds.
