Our projects are designed for all skills levels and include sugar flowers, sugar modelling, pastillage work, sugarpaste, marzipan and royal icing. Each issue also has a baking section, information on new products from cake decoration manufacturers, readers' cakes, college reports, shows and events.
Each year we cover the ICHF Cake Decoration Show in the UK and the ICES show in the USA.
